Bashkir Curly Portrait

Portrait I did to include in a secret santa gift exchange this year.

This mare is a bashkir curly type horse (I think Curly/Percheron??), so she has a curly coat. It's definitely different to draw! I had a tough time in some spots and had a pretty tight deadline for getting it completed with my whole December just going insane, so there are some areas that don't feel very polished to me.

Oh! And I did tack... TWICE... and the first time, my file corrupted and I had to load the back up from the day before, the second time, I saved over the wrong file! *cries* So I scrapped the tack because I ran out of time!

Oh and then I got it printed! It printed so dark that it was like a silhouette with a white spot. Thankfully I was able to get it printed again in time T_T but I swear December was cursed.

That being said I really like how it turned out, And the recipient liked it, which made my day!
