How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Here are my rules for how my art can and cannot be used:

The only art I am speaking of is artwork of my characters. Please do not use any commissions or art of other people's characters (it will say in the comments if it is someone else's)

You may use my art
1. On free forums/ free roleplaying forums as long as you credit me and link back to my page in some way
2. On personal myspace (or similar) pages as long as you credit me and link back
3. To make avatars/stamps/ect. for Use on Deviantart (remember only my characters can be used. If I see someone using a picture I have drawn of someone elses character I will ask you to change it)

You may **NOT** use my art
1. On any site which includes any sexual content
2. On any site which discriminates against people base on gender, race, or sexuality, ect.
3. As advertising on any site that charges users a membership fee
4. On ANY online games!
5. On any Myspace page that you use as a promotion site for a business/band/commercial endeavor.

NO ONE!! Is allow to use my art for any commercial gain!!!
If I can't make a livable wage off my art, Why would you think I would be ok with you making money from my art?!

For those of you asking if you can use or sell my art on games, you have to understand that even if it is a game that gives you game points not money in exchange for art, in the fine print a lot of those sites claim some form of rights to the image. This is part of why I do not allow its use.

So i could use your images in a signature for a forums on a petsite or no?& of course i would credit you. & when you say no selling does that mean i cant make a signature with your image and "auction" it off on the virtual forums for fake money? Or can i with credit to you for the image?

As long as the site doesn't charge a membership fee for you to use it you can use it in your signature.

When I say no selling I mean that even if it is for virtual money on a game or forum I don't want it sold. My main reason is that many sites claim some form of right to the images you auction on their site, even if it is just for advertising purposes for them.
