2/7 Announcement:

I am currently wrapping up the last few images on this list. From there on I am suspending this commission offer. My life has been just too difficult the past 2 months and I would prefer to take a deep breath and have some time without a long to do list until my life has settled back down.
If things get better in the future I would really enjoy finishing this challenge.

Iron Artist Challenge Commissions!
Starting at $30 USD

Hello all!

I have been wanting to do an Iron Artist challenge for some time now but couldn't settle on a commission type. But these portraits I have been doing have lit the fire under me. I can't wait to have more to do! So I will be challenging myself to try to complete 100 in one year.
(4 for the remainder of August. 8 a month afterwards, Completing by September 2014.)

Characters can be Anthro, Feral, Pets, Mechanical, Human.

Portraits are priced at $10 an hour and the minimum amount of time is 3 hours

Characters with lots of intricate markings, horns and clothing/accessories will require 4 or more hours.
Below are examples by the amount of hours spent.

3 hour portrait: $30


4 hour portrait: $40 (Characters with clothing, horns, multiple accessories, or snarling faces would be better at 3 hours)


5 hour portrait: $50
  (ex. Multiple Characters start at 4 hours)
(ex. More body showing and background elements.)

And so on! The limit is your imagination, if its something complicated, just ask me about your idea

You may purchase extra hours, resulting in a more refined image.
8 hours is the maximum amount of time I would like to spend on one image (Negotiable.)
You may have more than one character in an image but I need at least 3 hours per character (depending on difficulty)

How to Commission me:

You will receive a print-quality digital copy of your image up to 18x24" in size.

TOS:

I will NOT be sending out any rough sketches unless it's specifically requested. (And you are more than welcome to request one!)

All Prices in USD.
-I accept Paypal
-I accept Checks and Money Orders but I do not assign a due date or start until payment has cleared.
-I can under no circumstances accept cash through the mail, It never gets to my door.

You will receive a print quality digital copy of your commission files. Up to 18x24" in size.

I will not draw anything x-rated, explicit or discriminatory in nature. I reserve the right to decline any commission.

I retain the rights to the image and may use it in my professional portfolio as well as post it online.
These are for personal non-commercial use. Commissioner may post or print their image for themselves and non-commercial uses. If you wish to get work done for commercial use please contact me at giderah[at]gmail.com

*Barring any substantial delays outside of my control like family emergencies (commissioners will be informed immediately if something like this happens) Commissions will be completed before or within the month they are assigned to in on my To do list.
If I go past the month due by one week (ie. past 11:59 PM on the 7th), I will contact you to discuss a new due date with partial refund for the inconvenience or a refund and cancellation of the commission depending on the preferences of the commissioner. (I don't plan on this happening, this is just to protect you from having to wait an excessive amount of time beyond the due date.)


Additional Information:

1. I am open to drawing things outside of animal or anthro art. That include robots, and people (characters are fine for human art- no real life portraits please)
2. If you do not want me to post the final image until a certain date please let me know in your note. If you do not want your name revealed on my public to-do list let me know as well and I can put you down as "private commissioner"
3. If you need your commission by a specific date you MUST tell me in your initial inquiry. I do not give refunds for missing deadlines that I was not informed of at the beginning.
